Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Digital Growth Partners LLC, located at 7472 E Princeton Ave, Denver, CO 80237, United States, and covers retainers, setup fees, consulting projects, and digital marketing service contracts unless a signed agreement states different terms.

Digital Service Fees

Digital Growth Partners LLC provides professional services that may include strategy, consulting, account review, campaign setup, campaign management, tracking recommendations, SEO research, reporting, and business advisory work. Because these services involve time, expertise, planning, and access to proprietary methods, fees are generally earned as work is performed.

Refund Evaluation Before Campaign Start

If a client requests cancellation before campaign setup, strategy work, account audit, consulting, creative review, tracking review, or other project work has started, Digital Growth Partners LLC will evaluate the request in good faith. Approved refunds may exclude payment processing fees, onboarding time, administrative costs, and any third-party costs already incurred.

A campaign "start" may include discovery work, access review, account audit, campaign structure planning, conversion tracking review, keyword research, audience planning, budget modeling, or creation of project documents.

Refunds After Work Begins

Once work begins, setup fees, onboarding fees, consulting fees, audit fees, and monthly management fees are non-refundable unless the applicable agreement states otherwise or Digital Growth Partners LLC approves an exception in writing.

Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms is controlled by those platforms and is not refundable by Digital Growth Partners LLC. Any platform credits, adjustments, or billing disputes must be handled under the applicable platform's rules.

Cancellation Notice

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, ongoing monthly service engagements may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. The client remains responsible for fees, approved expenses, and third-party costs incurred through the cancellation effective date.

For fixed-scope projects, cancellation terms will be determined by the statement of work. Work completed through the cancellation date remains billable.

No Guarantee of Platform Outcomes

Digital Growth Partners LLC does not guarantee ad approval, account verification approval, campaign performance, lead volume, ranking positions, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend. Refund eligibility is based on the service agreement and the amount of work performed, not on a specific marketing outcome.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Requests must be submitted in writing and include the client name, company name, invoice number, service agreement or project reference, reason for the request, and requested effective date.
